Production for new orders is 7-10 business days. Please choose either Customer Pickup (for free pick-up at our production facility at 2827 Transit Road in Elma), or you can choose a paid shipping option to a mailing address. We can't offer returns on completed orders, so please refer to sizing charts in item descriptions or contact frank@phxllc.com with any questions. Thanks!
