Processing/Shipping:
Production time is generally 10-15 business days. At checkout, you can choose either standard ground shipping, or select "STORE PICKUP" for free pick-up at our production facility, located at 2827 Transit Road in Elma (near the RT 400 exit).

Our pick-up hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will receive an email when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up, separate from your purchase confirmation.

Final colors/embroidery may differ slightly from what is pictured. Completed orders may not be returned.
