Fulfillment:
All orders are processed on the 1st and 15th every month. Production time is then 7-10 business days. If orders need to be expedited, please call or email.

Shipping:
Items can be shipped via UPS Standard Ground Shipment, the cost of which is calculated at checkout. You may also select "STORE PICKUP" at checkout for free pick-up at our production facility, located at 2827 Transit Road in Elma (near the RT 400 exit).

Return Limits:
Items are special ordered and customized per your order. Completed orders may not be returned. Please email us if you have a question regarding particular sizing or specification before completing your order, or refer to size charts when included in item listings.
